Short stay - very good value booked through Agoda. Location is very convenient by the metro line although the main road means traffic noise is quite high. Spotlessly clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Probably the best thing was the staff - without exception everyone we dealt with was very professional, friendly and helpful. A real credit to the hotel.

4 Star hotel located centrally . Well appointed rooms with good views. Right from reception and lobby one gets a feeling of warmth and good feeling. Very well maintained with good service and friendly staff. The food is very good with variety on offer both vegetarian and non vegetarian options, salads and desserts. The breakfast spread is sumptuous. The hotel has 4 restaurants serving different cusines including 24 hour coffee shop. The bar is well stocked with variety of spirits on offer. The banqueting facilities are very good. Parking is ample and is a major attraction.

A great place to stay in Kochi with in city limits. Very good choice of vegetarian and non- vegetarian food. There is also a sea food restaurant. Ample parking space too. Breakfast is very good. Friendly behaviour of staff is worth mentioning. Few steps to metro station makes it even more convenient

Renai a 4 star hotel with it's good looking interiors. Went for the buffet noon but our satisfaction was not to the fullest.there buffe was only North Indian style we wanted to try South Indian. But all food was North Indian types. Especially being a fan of paneer... They had only palak paneer which tasted so horrible that it didn't had a taste of normal palak paneer it had a more jeera taste. They had pulav, biriyani, plain rice but the pulav and biriyani had jeera taste especially the malabar beef biriyani idk why did they put the jeeras in them when the name is malabar biriyani I thought ohh it will be good but not at all they even didn't leave them without putting jeeras. All of there food items had jeera taste. The only thing I liked there was the gulab jamun with ice cream thats all I had to say they should prefer more of South Indian items not telling bad of them it was my personal experience...mainly there ambience was good..

They have three restaurants to dine from and we chose the buffet on the ground floor. The spread included a wide range right from Pasta to Kappa and fish curry. The desserts were on point. We loved the experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
