        Beautifully serene &calm space, once inside the hustle &bustle of the city subsides &the sound of the water features as well as the atmosphere of the place leaves one feeling separated from the jungle &the momentum slows down. Charlotte and the staff are so warm and welcoming, amazing service received from everyone. I ended up canceling my meetings for the day and revelled in the moment. I didn’t even take too many pictures 🫣 this place is a MUST, even just to enjoy a great meal.

        My wife and I stayed here for a part of our honeymoon and we would definitely recommend it! The rooms were excellent, we had one of the standard rooms which was truly excellent with a balcony, a large tub, and shower. On our 2nd stay, we had one with an outdoor hot tub. While we are not huge hot tub people, this was definitely a super nice touch and we made good use of it! They were all very clean and the turn-up service was just excellent. The service was great, we ate here a few times (for breakfast and for dinner) and the staff was very attentive. They also provided great customer service just in every interaction we had with them. We also utilized their pick-up from and drop-off to the airport. While an Uber would be cheaper, we just appreciated how seamless it was and for us, it was definitely worth the higher price. Additionally, we did the spa, which was very reasonably priced and provided high-quality service as well. Finally, the location was convenient. It's about 20 minutes by car to Soweto, 10 to Constitution Hill, and 15-20 to Sandton. We are not super familiar with Joburg, we felt like it was easy enough to get around from here with Ubers. The immediate area is a pleasant residential area. There is a shopping mall around a ~8 minute walk away, but really there aren't many shops / restaurants within walking distance. My wife and I walked in the area a couple of times and it was pleasant (we never felt unsafe) but the sidewalks are not particularly nice in that area for running in my opinion. Nevertheless, the location was very good for us! We definitely will be staying there again if we go to Joburg, could not recommend it more!!

        This is an absolutely fantastic hotel! The people are all so friendly and are incredibly helpful. The food is the best on the continent and the pianist set the perfect mood during dinner, oh by the way the gym is great for working out all the food you just ate. The rooms are incredibly nice and heaters made the evenings a pleasure even though it was freezing outside Overall I would love to go back there any day.

        Such a nice hotel with incredible staff. The food is amazing - definitely recommend a drink at the bar and dinner in the restaurant (with their local pianist), and the breakfast is amazing (awesome juices!). While the hotel itself is amazing, it is only topped by the staff, who are first class in every way. Also worth noting that the hotel is tucked away in Houghton, a nice neighborhood in Johannesburg.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
