The Residence hotel is an exceptional place to stay for both business and leisure travelers. With its luxurious amenities, spacious and comfortable rooms, and top-notch service, it truly exceeds expectations. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure every need is met. The location is also ideal, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend The Residence for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Real time feedback. Currently at the Pavilion for breakfast. Staffs need training. Not approachable look, cleaning after guest leaving is very haphazard, cutleries handled in very noisy manner. They need serious training. Overall staffs at reception counter needs training as well. No enthusiasm, dull and too indulge in personal conversation among themselves.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days jan24. As we passed half day on first day, our room wall common to next room was attacked by building workers with bangs, we were stunned by the head blowing noice. Found that hotel management allowed renovation work in the next room. We complained to front office, no response for our multiple attempts. Payed so much money expecting quiet and pleasant stay but we gone through terrible time. After huge pressure from our side they gave another room which is lower grade to our original room that we paid for. Too selfish management longing for just money. Disastrous stay.

"Overall Good Stay, But Noise Disruption Needs Improvement" I recently stayed at The Residency and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I had a positive impression of the place. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the breakfast and excellent customer service. Additionally, I found the local facilities quite convenient and well-maintained. However, there was one significant issue that affected the quality of our stay—the disruptive noise from the neighboring room undergoing construction. Unfortunately, this noise disrupted our ability to take naps and even impacted our web meetings during our stay. It was genuinely bothersome and had a noticeable impact on our overall experience. I understand that renovations and construction are sometimes necessary, but it would have been helpful if we had been informed of this situation prior to our stay or if there had been efforts made to minimize the noise during quiet hours. I would recommend The Residency with the caveat that noise disruptions from construction should be addressed more proactively to ensure a more peaceful and restful stay for guests.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Chennai..nice hospitality and nice food.full satisfaction. Centre of the city. Rooms also well maintained and neat and clean. All staffs are very good hospitality. Very helpful. Full satisfaction

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
