        I was in Bangalore for business trip. It was a wonderful stay at the Ritz hotel. Great location, delicious food, beautiful decor, cleanliness and comfortable stay. I am delighted with the work of the staff, their individual approach to the customer, openness, help, interest, they pay attention to every detail, such as organizing a birthday gift for the customer. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate the stay at the hotel as 12 :) I highly recommend it!! ❤️👏

        This hotel is beautiful and luxurious and honestly quite a great place to stay in a hectic city like Bangalore. It’s my second time staying here because of the quality of the rooms, gym and spa facilities. The reason for the 3 Star Review is because of an incident with the night manager of the hotel - so all Bangalore bars and clubs close at 1am by Indian Law, so naturally my group returned to the hotel and wished to hang out at the Ritz Carlton. An international brand renowned for its Hospitality and high level of customer service!! (Maybe I was unfortunate on this occasion because I was not graced with that level of service) Back to my story - the Rooftop bar was still open, but not accessible to hotel guests because of a private function - we were told to go to the Lobby or Pool Area. So we went to the Pool area, there was another table of about 10 guests there and everyone just chatting on the tables and chairs which were provided. Not loud, not causing a scene, and using the ashtrays we found on the table. There is no sign to say guests aren’t allowed to sit there after “the pool closes” but the manager came to remove us all from the area without any discussion. He was stern, and insisted that the pool is closed and nobody is allowed near it. He said we should go to the Lobby and sit there instead. In the lobby, this was a below average experience - cleaners vacuuming and preparing for the next day, bright lights and quite a stale place to talk with friends. But when I left the lobby, I was met with a snark response from the night Manager to say I shouldn’t smoke inside the hotel lobby, and next time we should stand outside the front door at the entrance of the hotel. What am I paying so much money for to stand outside the hotel? I don’t know what happened to that guy, but atleast the day manager came to apologize for the night managers behaviour. Moral of the story is that the Ritz Carlton should have more places where the guests are free and welcome to spend their holiday time with each other without a curfew

        Great ambience. Very conveniently located in the heart of town. Efficient valet service. Good place to hold conferences as guests can get in & out without any fuss. The main hotel lobby is located a few floors above & the layout can flummox a first timer.

        Amazing experience with the Ritz hotel. Housekeeping was incredible, and the location was central to most of the city. Traffic in area which may take sometime to reach to other places hence plan accordingly. Conference room was so huge and we'll maintained. Buffet service was really good with delicious food and great service. It was such pleasant experience and we really enjoyed it.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
