I had stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and this was the worst experience for me as guest in this hotel. Starting from the reception guy he has zero hospitality experience and should be working in different place. The room is not ventilated and smells bad. During my trip my entire family fell sick because bad quality of food and water provided. We had food poisoning and had to run around to visit hospital. When I seek help from the receptionist to transport for my little daughter to hospital which was 10km they straight away denied and said they can’t help. At least at times when some is suffering they should have offered help. I would recommend no one to even think of booking here and MakeMyTrip Team please ensure this review is read my anyone who is planning to have a stay at this hotel. This was the worst experience of my life.

Rooms were very spacious and they had tried to give you the best service. The toilet was clean and had a ventilated washroom. The food was very delicious and they gave me very good hospitality. It was worth it for me to stay here at such a price.

Hotel is excellent and rooms are clean and tidey. Staff is gentle, very polite and co-operative. Food is very tasty. Tarun in dining area had provided us good services for food and served us exact taste and food that we were looking for...Highly recommended this hotel. 5 star ratings !!

5 star Not just for the ambience but the staff too. The room are well maintained, clean and bathroom hygienic. All services are on time.Food for dinner are fresh made ,super super tasty and served with love and smiling faces. Highly recommendable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
