It was a pleasant stay at the Royale Resort. The staff was very cooperative. Access to Hotel is a little tedious but that is taken care by an excellent cab service near the hotel. Food was also nice. Their pool is one of the best.

One of the best resort in Assagao if you are looking for a chill and cool place to relax and enjoy the serenity away from the crowd. Better to opt for suites when visiting with a group or family as it has a spacious living room with a queen size bedroom and a small single bed and a spacious hall with small pantry and a mini bar. The resort has a pool for kids separately . Their service is commendable ; I had a sore throat and the staff facilitated my recovery by service a kadha all thanks to Mr.Singh the hotel manager.👍🏻 Food is average but tea , coffee is good. Location is good and you can find some authentic Goan restaurants and supermarkets at a walking distance. Beaches are not more than 30 minutes by car. Overall review is good , if you are a enthusiastic tourist and spend your most of your time in tourism and on beaches then definitely go for this. Ambience is lovely.

I got there very bad experience firstly this location is totally out of the wrong side and there is so small parking and in room no freeze, no towels, room door is cracked and sometimes automatically locked and there only two bottle drinking water available after that all you want to drink water you need go to Reception. Rooms AC not working properly, after that all I got very bad experience

Worst experience ever. These people are the worst of the worst. These people didn't provide us with basic service even when asked multiple times and then asked us to pay extra for a non existent mini bar apparently. When we asked them what the mini bar was they couldn't explain. Failed to provide us with drinking water or clean room. Failed to provide us with blankets and the electricity kept going out about 10-15 times per day. There were giant roaches in the room. When we shared pictures of it they didn't do anything. The cafeteria had a fungus infected desert in the display which was only removed when we pointed it out. Exceptionally bad experience. Worst stay and worst staff.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. initially we were not provided towel and toiletries. After repeated complaining it was provided. Also the fridge was not working....again after repeated complaining for two hours, it was replaced. Woke up early morning to catch a flight and found there was no water in flat to freshen up. Its been 45 mins and there is still no water. We have no other option but to freshen up at the airport. Thank you for the NOT so wonderful experience to Royal Assagao

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
