The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, making my stay truly comfortable & enjoyable. A wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel with an amazing Himalayan view.

Room has good view, room is spacious but the worst part is their service. If you pay such high rent for a night then the service is going to scar you. Total waste of money. Beware of room cleaning guys they stole our liquor and filled the bottle back with water. Moreover, it’s not like the bottle was kept outside or anything we hid it safely in the closet!! Food is okayish not as you’d expect from a restaurant of hill station, We checked in, kept our bags in the rooms and were going for outing and as we came out they started asking for payment. Literally argued with us spooling our moods and vibes. I would suggest to go to any other near by stay with this much money!

It was awesome experience. Property is just 1.5 years old and maintained well. Food quality is decent enough not to say awesome. Staff is well behaved and support is fantastic. Room are clean, hygiene and maintained well. So if you want to do offbeat trip, go for kanatal and can stay in this property. Hygiene - 5 Star Staff - 5 star Food - 3.5 star Location - 5 star Overall property - 4.5 star

The Royals Apricot Garden has perfected terrible service. At this hotel I experienced standing in the balcony with a mountain view and having containers being thrown from over my head (from the kitchen above my room) out into the greenery. The staff was well spoken but useless. Asking them for tea bags seemed risky as they replied “didn’t we just give you some in the morning?” It seems like a place that has been handed over to inadequate managers by the owners. The place has great potential but poor management accompanied with mind bogglingly terrible food is dragging it down. The towel I used at this hotel had brown stains and the bed sheets didn’t seem clean either. Overall what could have been a good stay was stained by all of this inadequacy. The rooms looked good and so did the bathroom but the amenities like soap that were provided were absolutely terrible in quality. The bed sheets weren’t clean and neither were the towels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
