It is huge, big to call as Luxury resort and a place to stay together with family. Though few amenities listed like Fitness centre, SPA, Games Centre are not available or well maintained however, Swiming pool is clean from Hygiene standpoint. Staff is well trained and always happy to serve with smile. Food and Services are good per luxury resort. I would give 4.5 stars

I had booked a Cottage room with Breakfast for me and my husband and it was an amazing experience. The quality of rooms is good, aesthetic and hygienic rooms. The staff is very polite and pleasing, food quality is great. Overall had a great experience would definitely recommend it.

Good location n place to stay. Highly recommend food was delicious and our needs were taken care of. Only suggestion is to provide heater and flow if continuous hot water

Our stay was of 5 days, we had awesome time and specially with Kitchen Staff... they were up for prompt service and made our stay memorable. To name few Mr. VANRAJ and Feteh Singh was all days at their 👌 best.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
