The hotel can be reached via a road that at the moment (January 2024) is under construction. The hotel is in a great position and super quiet, just a bit difficult to reach. Also, not ideal for “senior citizens” as there are a gazillion steps between the reception and the cottage style rooms. The restaurant was exceptionally good.

Absolutely stunning experience at The Siena Village. Very nice property and the staff is very friendly and nice. The rooms were twin storeys with a large sit out offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural charm. The cardamom garden was a great place for small trek and the tree house got out our instincts of exploration. Whether it was exploring the lush surroundings, enjoying a walk around, or simply savoring a cup of tea on the balcony, every moment was pure bliss. The level of service provided by your staff led by Mr Sushil, was truly outstanding. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our experience. He ensured excellent service during the stay and the New Year’s party was exquisite, the spread was huge. The dishes were so delicious. Staff were so caring and serving according to the individual needs. Chef walked down to the table to find the guests' requirements and made dishes as ordered. The ambience was nice. Excellent hospitality! Will definitely come back to this place and would recommend it to all of my friends as well.

Excellent experience in this property. Location is superb. Great serene views.Very well maintained rooms. Very cordial, efficient and helpful staff. Make you feel so relaxed and happy. Excellent food both North and South Indian. Personalized service. Overall the resort and it's staff have made our stay an unforgettable experience. GM Mr. Susheel's personal attention made a big difference.

Beautiful property with amazing hills backdrop. Will recommend all, specially family with kids. Booked for 2 nights,but wish to stay here longer ! Do wishe if pool had climate control option ! Rest its simply amazing

This is one of the best hotel in Munnar. Really enjoyed the stay here. Prose -------- Cleanliness Pool and pool staff Complementary breakfast was best Plenty area with lots of flowers trees Vegetable garden Cons ‐------- Road to the facility was in bad condition Agreed to provide extra bed but not Room service was a little costly

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
