I checked out this hotel in 20th of December 2023. Hotel is good, rooms are cleaned but they are not maintaining any hygiene. In the room everywhere is Cockroach and it's in huge amount. You will feel like it's a room of cockroaches. I told to hotel person who actually provide service in hotel. But they don't care about your problems. My night was horrible. I'll not suggest anyone to book or check-in this hotel. If you want to sleep with full of cockroaches then you can book this hotel otherwise strictly no. Except this everything was good. After seeing this massage, If hotel management take care of this then it's fine otherwise it's not suitable for stay.

Very poor service provid by the hotel, Bathroom not cleaned properly, bedroom is unhygienic, I have pay extra cost with breakfast, but there are no any service provided by hotel. if you want to full money wasted please book this hotel

Very bad conditions of rooms and it ruin my family vacation. Staffs are very very rude and the hotel contains zero facilities and no parking space. No hospitality. I suggest if you want to ruin your vacation and destroy your mood , this is the BEST HOTEL. I want to give 0 ratings to this .

First they gave room us which already used by their staff and without clean. 🪳 everywhere in room. Rude staff. On the name of room cleaning they stole our toothbrush, toothpaste, facewash etc.and we complained about this, the manager not take any action. No hot water. Spitting in room and washroom also by their own staff. I suggest if you want to ruin your holiday then you can book this hotel.

High Price against poor and pathetic room conditions! Take charges of AC room and their unserviced AC don't work. Taps are not working properly. Water Heater is bad. No breakfast options, No restaurant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
