Extremely high price for the service being provided. They had bed bugs. Bedding was extremely dirty. No amenities were provided. Only 1 litre complimentary water is provided including the water for making tea and coffee. We had ordered cream of mashroom soup, that was the worst soup that I have tried till date, for soup they served milk with chunks of mushrooms. Not recommend if price is more than 3000/night

Stayed one night in the resort on 10th December 2023. Located on National Highway and the services rendered by the staff in all areas is praiseworthy and cordially supporting. Food quality is very good, hygiene as well as palatable. Rate of accommodation relatively cheap.,👍 Swimming pool is excellent.

I recently stayed at and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the view from my window was stunning. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and the first room assigned to us had dirty cupboards and bedsheets had hair on pillows and appeared completely used. We asked for another room and the next room also had used bedsheets with hair and dirt on bed. The towel in bathrooms were wearing out and had lint coming out when used .we had to ask for change of bedsheets and towels. One night experience was painful.Lift and common areas were also not well maintained and clean. Could see trash lying in common areas and staff least bothered about it. I would not recommend stay at this place if you are particular about hygiene and service at the price they charge. Food in restaurant is average. The toilet which you cross while entering restaurant stinks .

If u hv ur own car thn u can easily stay in this hotel. Just 8 km away from temple. U will avoid the traffic inside city. Rooms are good. Neat. Food is good but lil expensive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
