Good ambience, vibes and management. The staff is super cool and friendly. The only reason for four stars is the food, the food services certainly have scope for improvement. One important thing, that they don't have a board at the kitchen saying "Authorized Access" but you are not supposed to enter it without permission.

Good place to stay. Fine music on weekends. Food quality also good. Must try crispy corn. Staff is very helpful. Only one small issue- service was little slow and they charge extra for a bonfire. Usually bonfire should be common and complimentary in winters at least.

I stayed here for vacation, the place is extremely good in Kasol, the nearby area is covered in forest and past that is the Paarvati river, both are accessible and separate arrangements for chilling near riverside are available for extra ₹. I stayed in a tent and the experience was good, it also has attached toilet, but the bathroom will be a common one. They also have rooms available which feature all amenities. They also provide food, but i did not try here. They also have an in-house bar, and sitting places nearby. If you are bored, you will always find company with their pet dogs for sure. If you don't feel like talking a morning bath here, no issues, in 3 km from this place is the holy sanctum of Manikarn Gurudwara, where rejuvenating hot spring bath is available for free.

WORST HOTEL EVER !! The day we had to reach there the reception was very rude they also asked for 40% advance payment and wouldn't cooperate they wanted the advance within 10 minutes we were driving to reach there from shimla and he said that if u want the hotel take it and pay within 10 mins or find another hotel we chose to stay as we couldn't find any as most of them were booked and the other had very expensive last minute charges the bathroom was not well maintained and the shower was not working there was no fan too and room was much smaller than showed in the picture I do not recommend this hotel personally at all the bed was stinky too they did not even offer room service and the towels were very very stinky and stainy Personally with a family of four we had a very very bad stay l

It was one of our best choice to stay at this place. Rooms are beautiful and super clean and amazingly comfortable and cozy. Their staff is really good and the location of the hotel is one of the best in Kasol. Staff will greet you really well and you might make friends for a lifetime there. I would really love to plan a stay at this place on my next visit to Kasol. ✨ Kasol is the best place!! And Parvati river is mesmerizing!!!!!!! Gosh!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
