The housekeeping was good. The location is good. But the pain point is not getting the rooms which we booked for. They provide low quality rooms. Receptionist like Mr. Benedick adds to the pain being the least cooperative. We paid more price for executive but had to adjust in normal ones since the other guest paid little more face to face I believe. This seriously needs to be rectified.

Visited the hotel on a party occasion and the dinner buffet was delightful. From starters to main course it was a delectable spread and everything tasted so good. The waiters were very courteous and really served us well. The entire sitting space was very cozy and we had a wonderful dinner while watching the World Cup final match on a large screen. I would really love to visit this place again.

Lovely Hotel and a great stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a suite, which for one person is too large, but i won't complain. Room was very modern, all amenities. Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area. The Restaurant specializes in sea food was great. Good quality food and good staff/waiters. The lounge area outside was also very cool, live music in the evenings.

The property is located very close to City Centre I, Salt Lake, Kolkata. Found the property to be very well managed and clean. The staff were welcoming and cordial. The food was very good. Their buffet had a wide assortmemt of starters, main course and desserts. Didnt stay at the property so wouldnt comment on the rooms. However, their location is a plus if you intend to hold parties or meetings/gatherings. Would defintiely look forward to visiting again.

Rooms are decent and location is awesome. Staff is courteous, especially at the reception. Restaurant service is also good, but food is pricey compared to portions and variety could be more. I am allergic to Corn Flower and Maida and when asked got a very limited choice of menu, with no offer at customisation from the kitchen. Hence the 4 star.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
