Three star hotel with medium budget and medium size clean hygienic rooms good enough for three persons with all necessary things mainly mini refrigerator, electronic tea coffee maker, shoe shiner, a simple beautiful mirror and a beautiful wardrobe will make your day more pleasant you search for. Most important best location everyone looks for to go anywhere easily by not getting fall in traffics and crouds. It saves your precious and valuable time Staff, food, services, environment of the hotel will all around will make your day and stay peacefull and beautiful Will recommend this small but budgeted three star beautiful hotel to everyone to visit at list once

The hotel is a very beautiful and the location is a also gud. Rooms are neatly cleaned everything was just amazing .however other than that, staff are very helpful specially a front office receptionist girl her name is Ruby talking to the guests is being politely and smoothly. Everything will be fine nice hospitality I ll suggested hyering a fully staff in a hotel and then opening a kitchen 24*7 . Thankyou so much .

Stayed in hotel spades. Staff was incredible friendly and supportive made me feel comfortable and free from any worry of visiting from another state. It was looking like they all are completely known to me like my friends and relatives. As me, myself is of free and friendly nature so i loved the way they speak to me, listen to me and provided their services to me. they dont look robots like big four or five star hotels. you will see a true smile, a happiness, a real glory and friendly behavior on their faces, in their eyes and in their presence. This was amazing when you feel respected not because you are paying but because of you have come on right place where staff understand their duties and responsibilities.where after last one decades and mainly after covid most of the hotels have given up by their wrost services, by their horrable behavior on the other hand this hotel will let you feel free of anything you left behind worrible. i will say this is one of the best hotel from around to stay. i dont say of others but for me this hotel will be my first priority whenever i will get any chance to visit again in chandigarh or around

The rooms have no proper ventilation. The rooms are hot and the a/c is not working. We requested them to turn on the a/c they said they cannot do it. At checkout I complained about these thing the receptionist Ruby called the person who gave us the rooms at night and she said you should have taken the whole amount at night and we would not have this sapya and also the way she was speaking to the customer was wrong and in a rude manner. Zero customer service and no respect towards the customer

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
