Our two-day stay at the hotel was truly memorable, thanks to its exceptional ambiance and hospitality. From the drivers to the security guard, lobby staff, housekeeping, and restaurant team, everyone shared a common motto of treating guests with respect and care. While the rooms were good, there was a minor hiccup with our requested amenities; however, the staff assured us it would be addressed on our next visit. The highlight was the impressive pool and the delightful breakfast buffet, showcasing top-notch quality. Despite the overall positive experience, it's worth noting that the food seemed a bit overpriced. Nevertheless, what prompted this review wasn't a solicitation; it was a genuine desire to commend the hotel for earning our appreciation through their exceptional service and dedication.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The swimming pool is well maintained. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect and the hotel is amazing choice for family stay. Kudos.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The breakfast spread was really good on all days - idli/ upma/Poha / croissants/pasta/ Parantha, etc.. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear people in adjacent rooms moving furniture around, talking loudly and kids crying. Not a pleasant experience when you're looking for a good night's sleep. Hotel staff was cooperative, there was a pool side party generating noise so I requested for a change of room which was granted. Housekeeping service was quick, I complained about a clogged sink and they were quick to send a handyman, although he tried he couldn't solve the issue. Location is good, no trouble finding the hotel. Decent experience staying here.

I stayed here for two days and I must say that the service and amenities at Sunway Manor are one of the major highlights of my trip to Pondy. All the staff are courteous and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and pampered. Rooms are excellent and the food is great with plenty of options. Will certainly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
