I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. It's not only neat and tidy but also well-maintained, which greatly added to my comfort. The proximity to the Taj Mahal, less than a kilometer away, was a definite plus. The hospitality at this place was outstanding. Even after checking out at noon, we returned in the evening, and the staff graciously allowed us to stay a few more hours in the reception. They went the extra mile by offering us tea and a refreshing towel to freshen up. When I wasn't feeling my best, they even inquired if I needed any medication, showing their genuine concern. We had to leave by 7.30 pm, and even though dinner was scheduled for 8.30 pm, they prepared our dinner by 7 pm. These small gestures truly demonstrate their exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and the incredible care they provide to their guests.

This awesome place is located just few minutes away from Taj Mahal . Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs were very helpful and their hospitality is great . Due to our flight delay , we need to spend extra few hours in the premises and entire team was cool and accommodated us nicely . Overall we had a nice time during the entire stay .

The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff were amazing they went over and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel every staff member I encountered from the receptionist to the restaurant staff were friendly and eager to help, Thank you will Come again and also recommend to my friends.

Best Stay As nice food, good staff, beautiful rooms, perfect location. Staff behavior was so kind and mostly favorable in Tourists. The Taj Vista - Name of Comfort, Joy & Happiness.

Spacious modern rooms, working WiFi, AC and a restaurant down stairs. Good location. Cleanliness could be better especially dining area. Bathroom has no window. Could add some international delicacies for breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
