The hotel location and food is top notch. Just opposite to Sai Baba Temple walking distance if 2 min. You can keep your shoes and mobile in the hotel itself. Washroom is decent otherwise a value stay. The lift was not working ro half day and theh have only one so if you have old parents it can be a problem although they provided luggage assistance.

Whenever I come to shirdi I stay in this hotel. It's good. Unfortunately this time my flight got cancelled and hotel not ready to refund the booking advance of 5k. I made booking in Aug 2023 for Jan 2024. But they are ready to amend the dates but flight cost skyrocket. Better never book directly. Pls book via 3rd party site which provides refund surety.

One of the best hotels in Shirdi. Though located just opposite the temple on the Nagar Manmad road, it is very peaceful inside and there is no noise inside the room. Soundproofing is very effective. The staff is very good and supportive. Rooms are clean, large and have ample space to sit and move inside the room. Bathrooms are clean. Will stay again during the next visit.

Two good things: 1. Rooms were clean 2. Very near to temple I did not tend to even give 1 star, it is only for rooms and distance to temple. Rest everything is horrible. 1. No hot water in the rooms, even after paying so much! Aged people had to shower in cold water and fight for hot water for next day. 2. Staff service is horrible, they will not help in any sort of information or travel arrangement you need. The lady staff who picks the call is too arrogant does not know how to talk to guests. 3. On top of it, during the checkout day they asked the guests to pay for airport drop cab service even though they had not arranged. Horrible! Overall the service is really poor, have to think twice before we book a room here especially when it is only aged people visiting.

Good property. Room and washroom were clean, neat and tidy. Didn't have any in room dining. So can't comment on that. My room had the temple view. Corridors were also clean. Front desk was quite cordial. One cockroach was there in the room. So disinfectant needs to be carried out. Overall, good experience

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
