Rooms were large and spacious. Room service was a bit slow. Food was good. Breakfast was avg - dinner and lunch were good. The entertainment at night with local singers by the fireside was a highlight. Each room had a fire place which was good. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms - water was hot and well equipped with a tub etc We stayed in the super deluxe rooms - highly recommended. We paid 22-25k per day / per super deluxe room with meals included in December which was decent. Oberoi Vanya Villas at that point was 1.2L per day. Came away happy with the property.

The resort has everything on paper and service is fast and responsive. However, this is by no means a 5 star hotel. The shower is great (pressure and temperature) but there are no slippers, no bathrobe, no hand towels. I am here for a wedding and no one from the staff knows where and when the events are taking place. There are also only a limited number of irons and ironing boards shared amongst the rooms.

Outstanding Hospitality! We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff graciously upgraded our room without any additional cost. The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also incredibly spacious, and the bathrooms were exceptionally large. Our two-night stay was thoroughly enjoyable, thanks to the exceedingly courteous and cooperative staff. The food was simply fantastic. The resort features a spacious swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and majestic atmosphere. Furthermore, the presence of a gym, spa, and cycle track added to the overall charm. All in all, our stay was exceptional, and we encourage you to keep up the excellent work. Undoubtedly, the Best Resort in Sawai Madhopur.

I loved staying here. The rooms were spacious and super clean. I loved the food and loved having the option of eating inside in air conditioning at the restaurant or eating outside on the restaurant patio by the fountain if you felt like it. Our restaurant server Batti Lal was very personable and very attentive. We stayed for 2 nights during our tiger safari. We also used the pool in the afternoon, which was beautiful and relaxing. Our server brought us beers as we needed them by the pool. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Incredible service. I would like to call out Battilal (in dining) for his exceptional service and attention to detail. He greeted us every time with a smile, was attentive and even remembered our order of drinks from the previous evening! Thank you for making our stay even better!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
