Lovely property. Comfortable stay. We booked the entire place for my brothers wedding and it was a blast. Everybody appreciated the food (veg) and the room sizes. There was a lovely pool side venue where we held one of our functions.

It's a very Awesome place for marriage as well as other family functions. All staff are cooperative in nature and good behaviour. Recently, I stayed at the hotel for 2 days to attend my friend's wedding as well as other functions. The venue is perfect and situated at good location adjutant to *KHATU SHYAM MANDR* There are various Con's to discuss but the greatest one are :- *delicious food* *marvellous decoration* *Hygienic and Comfortable environment* **Good staff behavior* I strongly recommend people can book this venue for marriages and other functions Everything is up-to-date here. We enjoyed it a lot. Heartily Thanks to All Staff and Administration.

we had arranged our daughters marriage here on 23.11.2023 and had a very very bad experience. The management was very poor, decor was not complete till the function, food was cold, waiters dress was dirty and seems that they were rickhshaw pullers. They showed us dreamy pics and the show was complete nightmare. Rooms were s.habby and incomplete with very poor service. Please do not book here, I strongly say NO to this venue.

I recently stayed at Tivoli Grand Resort Hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. Impeccable design, lush greenery, and elegant architecture create a serene atmosphere. It may be due to having a wedding occur at the hotel, but service for dinner was extremely slow. As in, we get seated and order drinks, but only like 20 minutes later does the waiter tell us that there is a dry holiday - no alcohol, so we need to order something else. Then another w0 min later takes food orders, and then food trickled in over 45 minutes or so.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
