Tranquil is a unique resort. I have been to Goa several times but it has been the nicest place I visited. The service is excellent, from the reception to the resort, the team is really welcoming and takes care of everything during the trip.

Beautiful and mesmerising location with snow covered mountains visible from every room. The rooms are spacious with balconies. I went with my family and stayed in Family Suite which has two rooms and stunning views. The service is the best and food was awesome. Highly recommended with family.

The tranquil inn manali . Situated Snag area in old manali . Very good hotel .amazing view from here from every side of this hotel .neat and clean -sufficinet room size . One complaint about their food quality- definitely need to improve . This hotel is not situated in manali central area (mall road )- About 3 km from here . If you have vehicle then this hotel will very good choice Otherwise from here not easy to get a auto . If you love walk then 100% ok . From here you can go also nehru kund . No doubt this hotel is best if you love nature . Price can negotiate direct call Hotel .

Mesmerising location with 2 waterfalls , full view of hills and snow clad peaks right from every room! This was on log hit road slightly away from husle bustle of mall road but believe me u dont want to be near the mall in peak season! The advantage is this road exits at nehru kund avoiding city traffic for any travel saving u at least 2 hours for rohtang/sissu etc ! The rooms are really spacious with ample space , balconies and even with an extra bed! The service is top notch and food is one of the best we got on our trips in recent years! The chef is amazing an breakfast and dinner were too good! Highly recommended with family! It also has a new nature park right opposite where you have a lake and the streat at walking distance! No need to visit solang u have the experience right there!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
