The rooms and services are as promised and rooms are worth every penny. Staff is supporting and ready to help any time. Wifi is also much better than I expected. And vitthal kamat's restaurant is just near by and mala's factory to. And the lovely mapro garden is just 3 km awway.and location is also nice. I would suggest everyone this hotel if you are planing to panchgini and mahabaleshwar.

Hi, booked this hotel via OYO rooms, as per the OYO rooms promise we have got good room with all mentioned amenities. below are some of the +ve and -ve points. +ve- 1. location is good, just road touch, near from Mapro Graden 5 km. 2. Kamat hotel nearby is good, but little bit costly. 3. rooms are clean and hygienic. 4. staff is cooperative. 5. having good parking facility. -ve- 1. hotel is not having clearity on complementary breakfast menu, they will say different for different people. 2. ground floor rooms should have tinted glass windows.

It has mentioned 24x7 service. But it was not available. 24hrs hot n cold water but was not there. We booked 3 rooms for 3 days. Rooms not cleaned everyday. No keetle neither gave hot water after 930 pm. Also inspite of telling the phone was not workig in one room not rectified. No call picking even when called at 7 am. No tea made available even after 8 am. Breakfast included but whn went for it cant order anything there was specific thing then why did not specify.

Good Place for a Budget Stay! Very Courteous Staff. We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in Panchagani-Mahabaleswar Road with a Vital Kamat aside, so the option of food is only Veg. We had huge discounts while booking which made it overwhelming,otherwise it might be little over prized for the amenities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
