The hotel has well appointed rooms and facilities. The rooms are super large and well maintained. The food is fairly decent but not local. The hotel is far away from the Ghats but very close to airport

This hotel is just wonderful. A modern hotel in the middle of the countryside with fabulous facilities. The 60m2 rooms are perfectly decorated. The bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool while reading and listening to the birds singing. The food is excellent. The staff is tremendously friendly and helpful. The whole team came to say goodbye to us and even a priest gave us a small blessing ceremony. The best stay in our month of vacation in India. Definitely a hotel to recommend and remember ❤️

I don't know about the hotel but I ate at the restaurant and it was....... horrible the food was bland and It took 25 mins just for the starters and there was only 1 menu and it took 10 mins to come... so in a nutshell it's horrible

Very bad service. Took 40 mins to make 1 pasta. First they won't even let us in even though the whole restaurant was empty.

The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Nice people with nice way of talking extremely beautiful place must visit☺️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
