        VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Reservation made months ago on hostelworld: arrived in Goa, the reservation in Turquoise House does not result despite email+confirmation code and payment of a part in advance on hostelworld website; the manager (very helpful) finds us a shared room for first night and a private one for other three nights. We accept and pay twice as much as stated on hostelworld and all in cash immediately; from the beginning we asked for a RECEIPT, but it NEVER ARRIVED. On the last day we are told to give 30 euros more just for the receipt, we refused. The rooms dirty, pipes sinks leak, fans do not work, no dustbin, no towels, TV without remote control and bathroom without the window closed; the pool is always dirty and you can't bathe, the pool bar is always closed and disused so it's not as in the photos because it's not usable, the sea view is nonexistent. A super NEGATIVE note goes to the OWNER of the hostel who hides behind the phone screen and never shows up in person to deal with situations, raises her voice and also believes she is right not to give any receipt of payment to customers. I don't think such a thing is legal and shame on Hostelworld to whom we have reported this situation several times and still did nothing. We strongly discourage this establishment firstly because it is not like the photos and secondly because talking to other guests we met in those days, the discontent and the game of charging in cash (and double the price indicated on the hostelworld website) is a constant. I'm sorry to make this comment because the manager and staff were helpful and nice. - To the owner's answer: 1. You have my details on your paper record, I have a pic (dated 29 Dec 2023 1.07pm) which I will not share here for my privacy, so you had a way to contact me 2. Your price change from the one entered by Hostelworld for the NYE dates, had it really been changed and communicated through official channels, I would have received a message with the notice as it happened with another places in Goa (if you are not affiliated with Hostelworld you should remove yourself from the site, it's a paid service so it's impossible for you not to know; I also see an identical comment to mine) 3. The manager helped us, it's true, in fact I wrote about him without any problem. The solution was to pay 210€ instead of half and to pay in advance and all at once (we didn't even have rupees but euros), without showing us the private room that we would have had from the second day, paying them in cash (after requesting ATMs to keep the payment tracked). We trusted the goodness of the manager and the promise that the receipt would reach us in the following days 4. we didn't change room immediately because we were arriving from 13 hours by train and on NY's Eve in Goa everything is sold out as you WELL know, we were exhausted and we just wanted to take a shower in the place booked months before and the room of the first night was with 4 beds so the dirt could have been there and also the leaky pipe of the sink, anyway then we would have changed room 5. the next few days we asked for fan assistance in the 2nd room and several times for the receipt which we were told would arrive before our departure, then we celebrated the end of the year and the idea of repacking didn't suit us, we wouldn't even have done the negative review for the dirtiness, the pool not usable and the bar in the pool non-existent but when you didn't give us the receipt and yelled at us on the phone, we said it’s enough 6. owner speaks good English and she talked for 10min with my boyfriend and me on the phone and the whole time she just told us that to get a receipt we would have to pay 30€; we decided to put the phone down because we were about to miss the plane to Varanasi and we decided not to involve the taxi driver who was not part of the story and I repeat, you have my contact details on your register since day one; 7. other reviews say the same thing as mine, since I'm not getting my money back, at least I'm warning people... like you said, it's my right!

        The worst part about the entire hotel is the lady con Simrat Kaur. She is liar, money minded and rude towards guest. Never seen such type of behavior elsewhere. It's such a shame that I choose to stay at this property. If guest is leaving on day 2 after paying full amount for 3 days then it's pittuful for this hotel. They do not care about customer well being at all and soon somone will be injured by staying in this 3 rd class place. They do not maintain hygiene at swimming pool and inside rooms. It's risky to step inside penthouse as their. Door can fall on any customer. Instead of caring about customer well being they will try to squeeze money from them. Do not be fooled by ratings and comments as these are given by their own staff.their reviews are purely by staff pathetic Her reply is a pure lie Dirty place

        Good Property at economic price, located very near to beaches. We enjoyed our 2 days stay without any interference from the property management. Positives: 1) The staff is humble and responsible. 2) The swimming pool was clean. 3) Rooms were clean with a good view on the road side as well as a sea view. 4) Very good restaurants near the property. 4) Zomato delivery available. Thanks Simrat (Property owner) for a comfortable stay.👍👍

        I stayed here with my family and we booked two different rooms. Place is clean and cosy. It’s kids friendly and location is great. Beach is very close. All day you can unwind by the pool and let your kids play at their kids pool. By evening you can enjoy beautiful sunset sitting in ur balcony from ocean view room or you can relax at some shack on the beach. We stayed for 5Nights our stay was very comfortable. Staff Is very cooperative you ask them for help at anytime they won’t refuse. Nice restaurant and shopping area around. Yet so centrally located the place is very quite. Most of the guests were foreigners couples or families You feel pretty comfortable. We had gala time. Thank you for the hospitality. Will come back again!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
