I visited here for a dinner party. Food was good and there was live music too at the restaurant area , rest of the property was.well maintained and the location is good as it's nearby Ahmedabad airport. didn't had chance to check in the rooms but due to my guests review i can say the rooms were good for comfortable stay.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another.

I have been to this hotel many times for business purpose. Restaurant service is very average (taste n staff etiquette’s) and degraded. The overall hotel service quality is reduced as compared to my past visits. Rooms are ok. Location for air traveler’s is very convenient since they have free pick & drop facility 24x7). Overall, they need to improve service and also renovate rooms (old washroom set-up, AC, room interior) to match with the price.

A Charming Stay Near the Airport: I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ummed Ahmedabad near the airport, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's heritage charm is evident from the moment you arrive, with its impressive architecture and well-manicured gardens. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Check-in was smooth, and we were promptly escorted to our room. The room itself was spacious and exuded a classic elegance that perfectly blended with modern amenities. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the in-room facilities met our expectations. The hotel's dining options were a real highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes, both local and international, and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. The bar was a cozy spot to unwind in the evenings. The Ummed Ahmedabad hotel also boasts a beautiful garden and outdoor seating areas. We spent some relaxing moments enjoying the serene surroundings. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant convenience, especially for those with early or late flights. In summary, The Ummed Ahmedabad hotel near the airport offers a wonderful blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. If you're looking for a unique and convenient place to stay, I highly recommend it. We left with fond memories and a desire to return in the future.

We had a social function guests staying at Ummed , very very good service , right from front desk to concierge, food is very tasty, feel is very old world charm. Just a little trouble for senior citizens for having high beds. Location is good, heard they are going for some renovations in March.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
