Last week, we have stayed here with family..no doubt..great ambience and very luxury property....rooms are spacious and staff is cooperative. But, Taste of food was very below below average which we have ordered in dinner...they should improve the quality. But in morning, breakfast was fine. In the backyard, they have space for Nature walk, but no one told us...we were fortunate to find that. In fact, they have horses, peacock and other animals & birds also but for that need to visit their backyard. I will recommend them, that these things should inform to guests so that everyone can explore the beautiful property.

This hotel is located away from the centre city..it's interior from the main road..super quiet place and very big indeed..we stayed at the ground floor rooms which doesn't have ventilation and is fully enclosed space [drawback] we had the buffet where the food is multi cuisine and doesn't have local dishes. Breakfast needs a major improvement in terms of the quality. And the tea served was a disaster . The property otherwise is good where there is a nature walk and peacocks can be spotted.

Everyone else has shared abt then location so I won't. The facility is a sprawling one but since it is old, some of the things can be improved. Like the running hot water is barely hot. The water coming in the bathrooms in the morning was literally yellow, with a slight foul smell. I should have taken a picture or 2 to share. The lobby and pool areas are amazing, but the dinner was so-so. Starters were great, main course was okay but the desserts were a letdown for sure. they were extremely sweet like eating sugar. Everything was super syrupy. I shared the feedback with the chef to which he gracefully apologized. Anyway, their breakfast buffet was great with lots and lots of varieties. A live counter for dosa. That was nice. Overall a good stay, but they should improve the basics.. clean water, room slippers (shouldn't have to call and ask for it). Service staff is really helpful.

I have checked in with a specific request for a good view room, but they ensured that they do not want me to enjoy that by giving something in the ground floor where the dome obstructed any view. They must be happy about it. Lot of mosquitoes and no centralised AC. We checked in very late and the check in process was very slow. Originally second floor room was to be given but then they don’t wanted me to enjoy. At best it is a 3 star hotel and the breakfast spread is a budget hotel spread. It is not value for money.

Do not come here! Lounge they say under maintenance. Spa is not available at all. It’s closed. Food is below average. And indoor games they close at 7. So basically they expect guest to entertain themselves or just get bored until you fall asleep.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
