My recent stay at Urban Stay in Hyderabad was nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me with a highly negative impression of the establishment. To begin with, the rooms were far from clean, and an unwelcome, persistent odor permeated the air, making the entire stay uncomfortable. Despite relocating the rooms twice, the same cleanliness issues persisted, indicating a glaring lack of attention to basic hygiene standards. The restroom facilities were equally disappointing, showcasing a disregard for cleanliness that is inexcusable for any reputable hotel. Regrettably, the response from the hotel staff was indifferent, with the assertion that these issues were prevalent across all rooms—an unacceptable attitude towards guest satisfaction. Adding to the list of grievances, the booking process on the website is misleading, automatically categorizing rooms as double occupancy even when booked for a single guest. This results in an unjustifiable increase in costs, a practice that reflects poorly on the hotel's transparency and integrity. As if the aforementioned issues weren't enough, the pinnacle of my discomfort came when I encountered rats running in the room. This shocking revelation further eroded any semblance of hygiene and cleanliness, drastically impacting the hotel's overall score in terms of guest satisfaction. In summary, the overall experience felt like a deliberate attempt to cheat and deceive guests with subpar accommodations, unclean facilities, and an indifferent staff. I strongly advise to consider alternative options, as the negative aspects of this hotel significantly outweigh any potential positives. A stay to forget. ⚠️ !!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst hotel ever. Me and my friend was literally thrown out because she had a bangkok passport. First of all the hotel says that they don't have any problems with foreign nationals. If u have a problem then why the hell did u say passports accepted. On top of that the manager some stupid girl she doesn't know that the passport of bangkok doesn't have full address written like ours. She thinks she is some highly intelligent girl but actually dumb. Overall the worst experience and u just lost a customer. They didn't even give a refund to my booking. So I was thrown out for no apparent reason just because she doesn't know how bangkok passport looked like. And not even a courtesy of refund was also initiated from their side. Don't go to this hotel very very very bad service and weird people with the dumbest manager ever. It all just happened today and I am highly disappointed as they say north is always better than south. People here especially the worst kind I have ever seen.

The urban stays is an excellent hotel in great location and is a place which gives value for money. The food is amazing and the staff are very courteous and polite great hospitality and service I recommend this hotel for great stay and I have been staying since 3 years it is home away from home

I have had the pleasure of staying at Urban Stays for the third time within the past year. This hotel consistently impresses me with its cleanliness and affordable rates. Each morning, I am delighted by the delicious breakfast spread, offering a wide range of options. The availability of convenient car parking facilities is a major bonus for me. All in all, my experience with Urban Stays Hotel has been highly satisfying.

I am staying in this hotel since 3 years amazing hospitality great food and service being 80 years old the staff go extra mile to get medicines and stationary from pharmacy and stores the staff are courteous and helpful being next to peddamma thalli temple we cab experience divine vibes from the hotel true value for money

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
