The worst experiences we faced ever. First of all we booked a premium room, they had given a deluxe. After calling agoda customer service they provided a premium room without any cleaning. And what I would say about the staff. Starting from the front desk to room service, they need some education first how to show the hospitality!! They were Condescending us badly like a goon. Don't go with the pictures and the good reviews given by their own staff. They took extra money for one hour prior check in. They spoiled our entire holiday. & this is not a 4* or 3* property. There are no matured well experienced well behaved staff in the hotel. For everything they were asking for the money. So, requesting you all never ever choose this property, spend some more money & choose a good property.

It is 10 min drive from airport, rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom have every basic utilities, food taste was great I ordered chicken biryani and veg arrabiata pasta, a good value for money service.

Don't go for the photos...the rooms are pathetic. No cleanliness. Food is tasteless. No view is there from the room. It doesn't feel like a 4⭐ hotel, more like a 2⭐. Also there is no power backup. At night we have to stay all black out in this bad humidity. The location is also very bad. It feels like you have entered some Village road.

Good hotel for family stay. I have selected a family suit room for 04 family members. Room was sufficiently spacious with 01 extra single bed. Ergonomics of the room was good. Material quality of all the furniture & furnishings are good. In room service was good. Breakfast was good but not best. Only reason for overall 4 Star is because of the washroom have some ergonomics issue. Water from wash basin tap sprinkles all over when used. If someone need a bath, he/she need to come all the way towards the wash basis/toilet to collect the soap/shampoo etc. A trey may be provided near the shower area. Apart from the bathroom issue, the stay was good. The staff are co-operative. Front office/reception staff behavior is good.

It is a good hotel to stay as it is near the airport, the rooms here are old but quite ok. Authority and Service are compatible

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
