I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, the room was immaculate, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly especially Tanish, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Overall, I had a great experience with the stay. The room was neat and clean. Staff was incredibly helpful, the amenities were great and most importantly they serve good food. Suggestions : They need to maintain the standards of a fully serviced hotel. As I found few things were missing and that could have made a perfect stay for me. Room TV was not functioning. Recharge wasn't done and also couldn't connect to TV for playing songs / watch movies. One need to come prepared with their own/rented vehicle as location is remote.

A perfect escape from the hustle bustle of typical Goa. The place has its own calmness and is situated in lush green surroundings. The rooms are spacious with a balcony and well maintained. It also has a pool and a dedicated cafeteria. It is close to morjim beach, hardly takes 5 mins to reach there by bike.

The overall experience was very average. The rooms are nice and clean and the washrooms are big with modern fixtures. The food was surprisingly very good. Unfortunately, had some major issues with wifi and network in general. Had almost no network throughout. The pool is placed right in the centre and most rooms have a direct view and close proximity to it.. not the most comfortable and ideal space. The hotel is tucked away in Morjim.. quite remote, but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all, it was an alright stay.

The rooms and bathroom were clean . The staff was very polite especially Tanish who greeted us in a very joyful and respectful way . Something that i liked about the hotel was that the service was available for 24 hrs and they had a safe area to park cars .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
