We group of 8 friends stayed here on 22-01-2024. Overall experience was very nice. The front desk is really helping. Food was nice. Rooms were neat and clean. Certainly will come here again.

This was the best hotel during my vacation in Gulmarg. Rooms were spacious, well maintained and had all the amenities expected in a 4 star hotel. Food and service were amazing. One of our family member was sick and could not leave at the specified checkout timing, the hotel kindly allowed her to stay for couple more hours, which made her feel better. Thanks for your hospitality!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is one the best in Gulmarg. The rooms however were bit of a let down. Firstly, we were given a room on the second floor and people on the road could see directly into our room. Secondly, our heater conked off and it was a massive issue in sub zero temperatures (though we were given a room heater upon complaining). The biggest issue however was whenever we were entering or leaving the hotel, we were asked for our room numbers. First time this happened with me so found it extremely weird.

The rooms at this vintage establishment are nothing short of beautiful. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a charming touch to the overall ambiance. It's evident that the management takes pride in maintaining a high standard, ensuring that guests are treated to a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. The service, both in terms of food and housekeeping, was excellent. The culinary offerings were not only delicious but also presented with an artistic flair. The variety and quality of the menu reflected a commitment to providing a memorable dining experience. The housekeeping staff ensured that every corner of the room was immaculate, contributing to a sense of relaxation and well-being throughout my stay. One noteworthy aspect of THE VINTAGE GULMARG is their dedication to maintaining a 4-star status, and it clearly shows. From the moment of arrival to departure, the level of professionalism and service met the expectations one would associate with a top-tier establishment. The location of the hotel is a definite highlight. Being a mere 5 minutes away from the cable car was a game-changer, especially after a tiring day exploring the breathtaking scenery. The convenience of not having to endure long drives post-cable car adventures added immense value to my overall stay. In conclusion, my experience at THE VINTAGE GULMARG surpassed expectations, and I wholeheartedly rate it at 5 out of 5. It's a place where the charm of vintage meets modern comforts, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a delightful and convenient retreat in Gulmarg.

I am from Srinagar Kashmir. Went to Hotel Vintage with my guests who had came from outside.The staff is highly inexperienced. Ordered food and was shocked and embarrassed to see that the food was spoiled. The wazwan that they serve was below average quality. When countered they had no reply for the quality of food. It's shocking that they serve weeks old Rista(Kashmiri Wazwan delicacy) to customers. Highly embarrassing. I don't know what they will be serving to outside tourists who have no experience of authentic kashmiri food. Disappointing experience. Dr Rayees Ahmed Malik.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
