I recently stayed at wave and it was an incredible experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The facilities were top-notch, with beautifully maintained grounds and a wide range of amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering breathtaking views. The dining options were diverse and the food was delicious. What truly made this resort stand out was the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of relaxation and luxury. I can't wait to return!"

Had a very relaxing stay at the resort. Highlights of this resort was the location, view from the room, the room itself, food, pool and for sure the staff and their hospitality. Would really recommend this place if you want to recharge yourself from a crowded city life.

It was nice experience at the resort. Calm place with the rooms facing the lake. The staff were very cordial. The food was good. Their restaurant was tastefully designed. They provided room service for whatever was asked and were on time. The resort had a very peaceful atmosphere which made space for our minds to calm down and relax. Rooms were clean and spacious as well. If you are looking for a budget stay with all the modern amenities then THE WAVE is the place. The management staff were professional and provided all the necessary information at the time of booking. Overall experience at the resort was a good one. Thanks to the management and staff for maikng our stay comfortable. PS: Karapuzha dam is a nearby place to visit for zip lining, gaint swing and fun activities for children.

Had a superb experience during our stay. Hospitality was top tier. The premises were we'll maintained. The food in the restaurant is made to order and was very well done. Highly recommended.

A great place to spend time with family or friends. The view from the resort is amazing with a pool, gym and spa. The staff members are very kind and respond immediately with whatsoever concern. The food is not great and can be improved but other than that it was beautiful..Had a great time!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
