When reached around the location we are guided to the apartments which was different from the booking time (The Western Heights). The given apartments were not upto the mark as of the price. Along with this, the food quality was really bad! We had ordered Honey Chilli Potatoes and received boiled potatoes garnished with some sauce. We had to order food from nearby restaurants to survive. There was no proper toiletries available and given.

Well if you want to book one apartment and enjoy the other one,choose this one, Worst experience ever. When reached around the location we were guided to the apartments which was different from the booking time (The Western Heights). The given apartments were not upto the mark as of the price. There was not proper cleaning as well. Moreover, the food quality was really bad! We had ordered Honey Chilli Potatoes and received boiled potatoes garnished with some sauce (more like uble aalo ki sabzi to be precise) We had to order food from nearby restaurants to survive. There was no proper toiletries available. Towels were not properly cleaned. elevator was not working as well

When reached around the location we are guided to the apartments which was different from the booking time (The Western Heights). The given apartments were not upto the mark as of the price. There was not proper cleaning as well. Moreover, the food quality was really bad!
