        Attended meeting, Aesthetics of rooms are good. Food is also good. The staffs were good and gave priority to customers. common rest rooms near meeting rooms require some improvements like fixing the automatic faucets when more people occupied some faucets were not functioning properly. Urinals sometimes not functioning properly. Otherwise enjoyed the service and aesthetics.

        As such this a good place to stay with amazing customer care ! The only draw back is when everyone do an amazing job and then keep asking for reviews which feels that they do all this just to get a review and when everyone keeps asking for reviews again and again its bit annoying as well . When they are doing their job from the heart I don’t think they should keep asking for reviews because they will naturally have good feedback and people will comeback for the same !

        Had dinner with a group of friends from our online course. Dined at the MKC - Madras Kitchen Company which is an Asian Indian fusion food restaurant on the first floor. Ambience and service was great. Food was excellent. Desserts are outstanding. Centrally located in Velachery close to Phoenix Mall. Prices are on the higher side but portion size is good

        Worst Marriott Hotel in Chennai to stay. I booked 3 night stay using my points for my family to stay and requested early check-in. They accepted for an early check-in on a phone call but charged 1/2 a day when checked in during our stay. Also charged for one additional person during check-in (which is okay) but charging few thousands for additional bed is not okay. I feel like this place is very interested in money over hospitality. If you don't encourage points based stay, please remove the option. Don't charge for every single thing and make the experience unpleasant. WORST STAY EVER!!!
