The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very luxurious! The view from top floors is amazing and is breathtaking at night! The staff is courteous and very welcoming! The best part about it is the breakfast spread which is never ending and lip smackingly delicious. All in all it's a luxurious experience that one must experience at least once. Can't wait to go here again

I regularly visit the hotels due to my job and I need to travel for that on a regular basis. One of my friends had an interview scheduled in Mumbai and I also had meetings in mumbai so I told him to stay with me. He was not that good in English and he came early as we were both traveling from a different city. He had also visited a hotel after years and was visiting a 5-star hotel for the first time. The staff's behaviour was good but their actions were not that good. They got 2-3 signs that you have to pay the food bill at the time of in room dining itself and they even locked the mini bar as if he's a thief. And it's not like I have stayed here for the first time. As soon as I came i found out that due to his incomplete English they took these steps. Is English necessary for the staff to behave well with their customers.

Rooms are spacious and maintained. staff is very courteous and helpful.. Location is very convenient with a mall next to it. The only issue is their back office finance team who takes ages to confirm if the payment has been received for a pre payment done a week ago. This is the fifth time in last 2 years that they take a week to confirm and allocate the payment to a booking which for such a big group is disappointing
