Great location, you wouldn’t want to leave and go anywhere but if you do then there’s a great team to help you plan that. Food is also great, at least vegetarian which is what we had. Interesting thing happened during our visit which may or may not happen during yours, a couple of elephants decided to camp right next to our unit on both afternoons and evenings we spent there! Definitely not a feature of the place but kids as well as we had great time nonetheless.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wild Trails Resort in Munnar with my family and my brother's family, including our kids, last weekend. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The connected double cottage we stayed in was a game-changer, fostering a sense of togetherness among all family members. The accommodation allowed for a delightful and cohesive family experience. The staff at Wild Trails Resort deserves special commendation. Their friendliness and exceptional service added a welcoming touch to our stay. They were attentive to our needs and ensured that our requests were promptly met. The culinary experience was equally delightful. The resort provided us with delicious food, tailored to our preferences. The variety and quality of the meals contributed positively to our overall enjoyment. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the rain dance at night. It added a fun and lively element to our visit, creating lasting memories for both adults and children. The proximity to a nearby stream enhanced the natural beauty of the location, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. To our pleasant surprise, the resort organized a Diwali celebration, adding a festive touch to our stay. This unexpected gesture made our weekend getaway even more special and memorable. In conclusion, our stay at Wild Trails Resort in Munnar was a delightful experience. I visited this place with my family in September 23. Even though the location is deep, once we reached the place, we just loved it. The rooms are nice and Mr Ajeesh is very helpful. Limited options for food but what ever is served, are excellent and very fresh and tasty. Open the balcony in the morning, you will be greeted by the birds and Malabar squirrels running around. Just loved the stay and rejuvenated. Highly recommended for a family visit

Amazing place, neat rooms and rest rooms, delicious and simple food. Would definitely recommend. Food pre order is a must for lunch and dinner. They prepare fresh food and hence the preorder. Old people who are looking for a stay may request for a room closer to reception as the way to our room was steepy. We didn't have any issue though. There is a beautiful private stream in the property. Only thing I missed was a ceiling fan. There was a pedestal fan in the room. Over all a memorable stay.

It is one of the best resorts in the Mankulam area. The location is fantastic, offering a calm and serene atmosphere. The staff are friendly, and the service is commendable. The rooms are clean, neat, and well-maintained. Additionally, the resort provides separate spaces for campfires and fire dances, among other activities. There is also a natural pool that we thoroughly enjoyed

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
