Excellent service, very neat & hygienic, nature friendly, high standard rooms and accommodation. Best for family. What made me disappointed -paid camp fire -no good shuttle bats - for bachelors, entertaining platform better to improve.

We had a great experience and customer service. All our requests were accommodated with a smile. Food was also very delicious. Those who love to escape deep inside woods, will r iiit this place. Also you could see wide variety of plants and flowers within the place, I just say their selection of plants flowers are really good. I would surely recommend this place to everyone who loves woods and forest. Thanks Megha for a great reception when we reached there 😊

One of the best stays we ever had, thank you for hosting us. Loved the food and hospitality of the staff all of them were friendly. Will sure visit again. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who loves nature.🌿🌿🌲

The property was decent but the service was pathetic. Our checkin was at 1pm , we arrived at 1:30 and we were made to wait for one more hour since the rooms weren’t clean. The staff couldn’t speak in English. So communication was an huge challenge. Even the quality of the food was quite bad. They had a limited menu and we had to wait over an hour to get our lunch after placing the order. We spent over 10k per room and the it really disappointed us.We didn’t mind spending so much becuase we had come here for our Christmas break - for a relaxing vacation but it was anything but that. For this price, the rooms didn’t even have Air conditioning. . However, the property was nice with a pleasant ambience. The aesthetics and decor of place are the only good things about this property. The service was poor, tariff overpriced and maintenance of the property was pretty bad.

We had a wonderful time at Willows . It’s in the midst of nature, surrounded by big trees and coffee plantation. The room had a big balcony facing the forest , where we can spends hours sitting close to nature. The food was awesome. Overall it was a nice stay .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
