The stay was so blissful to experience. Hygiene wise superb.Staff are so kind and helpful. We had new experience of Christmas celebration arranged in a traditional style with drums and Santa dancing to beat. Food was also tasty. Amidst the nature with birds chirping around is so delightful to feel and treat to ears and eyes. Highly recommended for couples/families/friends

Enjoyed a delightful stay at Wooden Resort! The warm welcome with snacks and refreshing juice set the tone for a fantastic experience. The outstanding service and delicious food added to the enjoyment. The spacious, green surroundings were ideal for family evening walks, and the resort's forested backdrop enhanced the overall atmosphere. Kids had a blast with pools and indoor games. A thoroughly enjoyable and memorable stay with excellent amenities and delectable food!.

Stay was good and the service was the best. Nice ambience for a short vacation with privacy. However the restaurant menu could include a bit more variety. Otherwise the overall experience was nice and well worth the money.

Fantastic place for a good weekend and vacation. Rooms are very spacious and clean and moreover its in the end of the woods which gives us a good view of the elephants and deers on our way. The garden swimming pool are all superb. Good place for photography too. The food is excellent . You get a variety of keralite food. The staffs are also very genuine and cooperative. Had a wonderful time.

A lovely place for a short stay. Comfortable rooms. Quiet environs. Small spaces all across the property to just sit and relax. Kid friendly as well. Staff are very accomodating and polite. Food could be slightly better with a little more variety, but no complaints.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
