The Woods, Gurugram proved to be the dream setting for my sister’s wedding. The staff's attentiveness and professionalism were flawless. Seeing me run around fulfilling bridesmaid duties, they made sure I was eating well and catered to every single request I made. The fact that they were this observant, they made me feel extremely cared for. The food is great; I got a lot of compliments for the food that was served at all functions. The rooms are spacious and housekeeping along with the room service were very efficient. The decoration was done by Creative Crafts. They outperformed their commitments and every single event was beautifully decorated. I am sure to host more events at The Woods.

Nice resort, however 4 stars seems to be on the edge. Awesome food however the paneer here didn't suit my stomach and it led to uncomfortable conditions and problems with my digestive system. Other than that I feel the staff is friendly, the area is nice and has a comfy and warm feeling. The rooms seem to be small for a resort and have a weird slope on the first floor that may lead to some injury or tripping over. The rooms still use the old key and lock system compared to the keycard system in the nearby hotels. I loved how they provide heaters for cold days too. The number of rooms are low and the back side ground is nice and decorations are nice too.

Excellent property. Spacious rooms. Well maintained garden and swimming pool. Highlight is large patch of greenery within the concerte city. Good for small events are parties. Restaurant open from 8 am till 10:30 pm. Limited options for breakfast. Quantity and quality of food served is good. Cordial staff. I was there during the last week of July. Hotel occupancy was less. Property is bit older and hence requires a better focus on maintenance. They couldn't provide me with an iron box. Pocket friendly. Go with medium expectation.

Electric boards were just behind the bed. No welcome drink offered. And almost no evening snacks available. You can always order online and have it in your room. Else, everything was good. I will still recommend it if you want to relax in the heart of Gurugram.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
