The rooms are awesome, can't explain in words.. We reached resort late in night but they welcome us normally and provide whole services in late night itself, thanks to the team. The location of swimming pool is awesome... I enjoyed badminton in morning, which I was missing during my whole trip...

This hotel is very wonderful. The services here are very good. The staff here is so family friendly and cooperates with us so much that you will not feel that you have come out of nowhere. You will find a very friendly atmosphere here. On my request, you must visit here once. This hotel is very nice.

We stayed in the resort for 2 days. The location is the first positive of this resort. It is a lake view resort with a calm and peaceful vibe. The resort is well maintained with greenery everywhere. We stayed in the lake view cottage. All the lake view cottages are separate buildings with 2 rooms. We got the room on the first floor which has a balcony with a view of the lake. The staff is the second positive. All are well behaved and always ready to help. All the staff used to greet us with a smile while we stayed in the resort. Facilities: The swimming pool was good and all the guests were enjoying the pool. They have a play area for kids and a badminton court. Cycles are also available which you can use to ride around the resort. They provide tea and coffee during morning and evening in the lawn near the lake. It's a picture perfect spot for spending time with family. Breakfast was also many options to select. There are not much negatives to say. The only thing we felt was that the food was a little costly. We really enjoyed our stay in the resort. The location, staff and resort gave us a memorable holidays. Highly recommend this resort for a vacation..

It’s a beautiful property away from city chaos. Staff is friendly. Food was tasty. Amenities provided in the resort are great as well. We loved our stay here. One of the best places to relax.

One of the best place to stay in allepy. The lake view room is the best attraction. The resort is well maintained, it has unique play activities and much more to entertain.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
