        I visited this resort with my family. It is located very near to sand dunes, camel ride and safari. Tents were clean and specious. Every evening there is Music with dance. Staff is helpful and courteous. Food is excellent in taste. overall it was awesome experience. Would definitly recommend this resort.

        Firstly, All reviews are fake because I right bad reviews on this resort than manager come to me and said that our boss want to change this review at that time I changed my review but finally I checked out this resort and write my own review. Secondly, food was same here all days because I stay here for 2 days and same food at night. Yeah, I request that change menu in morning than manager change that menu in morning. Our all manager and services staff was good. But the head or owner was not good because It's management was not good special thanks for Abhishek and his staff to co-operative behaviour. Also, in room their is no privacy, no hot water in room for bath or shower and no mineral water due to out of stock + no coffee due to out of stock. I never visit this resort and I suggest to you please check this resort before online booking. Be aware of online fake photo and reviews.

        Consider this as fake luxury resort and spa..no spa at all and property is not more than 2 star. Pics are deceiving. I stayed here for a night and the service is 3rd class. Food is 3rd class..water bottles they give are not even sealed they refill it with their own RO..in the name of buffet they serve only 2 dishes morning and night. In the morning you have to ask for tea like 10 times then they will give. Manager is too sweet to talk that he will say it on your face sir we don't serve non veg even we don't serve cold drinks..not in our hotel policy. Laughable. Rooms are untidy. Ill management. Charges are too high because they give you a package which includes camel ride only. You can't take only room and exclude camel ride. I gave 4150 for a room . And when I asked for camel ride in the evening they said Today there is full rush we go in morning at the time of check out. I was fully frustrated. In the end service people will come and ask for tip on your face like they it's mandate. Before booking go inside check rooms then book. I will say Book any hotel in jaisalmer but not this one.

        A stunning hotel with stellar service, food and the most helpful staff! A special shout out to Sunil Ji and Kesar!! Will recommend to anyone who's wants to have a relaxed vacation! The drive from Jaipur was brilliant, hoping to visit soon in the near future. Kids have enjoyed a lot and everything was just wow!! loved to book resort!! Thank you so much !!
