The rooms are spacious & beautiful. For me their lawns that extend out of the rooms make everything special about them. They provide you bathrobes & suite slippers. The beds are comfortable. The hotel has their private beach and a beautifully landscaped swimming pool. This can't be missed. They also have yoga space, jogging tracks, a really big lawn, shacks by the beach that also offers you adventurous activities like Para sailing and para motoring to name some. You have ample space and beauty inside the hotel for PHOTOSHOOTS. Their lunch serves a variety of vegetarian food ( tastes 7/10) and desserts ( 10/10). Though the breakfast that's complementary is good enough (9/10). We got this booking @ 15000 INR a night as of January 2024. The rates change every week though. I think it's a pretty good deal for anything between 10-15K per night.

A huge property with large sized rooms and beautiful interiors! Simplistic and minimalist which are my favorite bits. Staff provide great service and do an incredible job of managing guest experience from start to finish.

Great resort, the private beach is really clean and peaceful. The pool view room was really stunning. The food was also nice. The reception staff was a little rude though and took really long to check us in. The casino was a little disappointing and too small but the resort itself was a great vacation experience.

Had taken a conference to this hotel, surprisingly no GM was available for the 3days we stayed here, no Executive Chef was there, food is very ordinary and not tasty at all. A simple lemon coriander soup was all wrong. Not a single senior person meet us to check if everything is OK with our group. Rooms are big, but TV is 32inch with just 4or 5 channels to view. Lawns are huge and well kept, pool is really large and well maintained. Staff in front office not very cooperative to listen to clients needs and provide solution.

Wonderful property with well defined lobby and rooms. The expansive lawans opening up to the Varca beach and seeing the sun set is an amazing experience. Well groomed staff and leave the experience of food to the travellers as food is an individual choice as per taste.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
