It's near to Ernakulam south railway station & Manorama junction. Room & toilet were good & clean. But there was no exhaust fan in toilet. Other than that, overall experience was good.

It's near to Ernakulam south railway station & Manorama junction. Room & toilet were good & clean. But there was no exhaust fan in toilet. Other than that, overall experience was good.

Room, common area and toilet is very clean. But there is lot of noise at midnight night. No discipline when new guests are checking in at midnight. No hot water. Main exit is locking abruptly, putting people inside hotel at danger in case of fire.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
