This is very average hotel with only the outer appearance in decent condition... Bathroom had a weird set up with both indian and western toilets... Bathroom sink was clogged up with dirt etc... Terrace outside the room and stairs seemed like it wasn't cleaned since months... Food was good, staff also polite.

This one the best economical range resort to stay in with delicious inhouse food availability. Staffs are very co-operative and supportive. Look and feel of the resort is very good and pool side is a good pass time area. We also had a birthday celebration of our child which was very well decorated (paid service) which made our stay more memorable. Over all a must place to stay when going for Safari in Bandhavgarh. Manager/Caretakers - Surendra/Rajeev are very helpful and co-operative person.

Our over all experience was not so good. The place is compact and the rooms are not cleaned. Don't go by seeing the Google images of the "Resort", it's not even a Resort. The manager is not responding in a positive way, once you check in the owner will stop responding to your calls. The rooms are not cleaned and the bathroom is 2/10. Overall cleanliness is 1/10. You can spot spider webs everywhere. We pre booked a safari through the owner 3 months prior but after checking in, the manager said there is no such booking. We had to stand in a line for 5 hours for booking the jungle Safari. These on the spot changes created a panic unnecessary. There was zero support from the Owner Mr. Dubey. I would suggest not to go at such places just in the base of Google pictures. The service is very slow, had to struggle for water in the rooms. Very disappointed.

" Great location, wonderful" I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service 4. 5. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. 6. And i wanted to visit and visit again 🫶 7. Tysm vashu bhaiya he provides all the facilities, his character is very good, everything felt like home.
