The dinner served at night was well done and the location is pretty close to the national park. But otherwise, the service was really bad. We tried reaching out to the lobby multiple times without any response. In the morning, we only got hot boiling water without any cold/lukewarm water?!

Worst resort ever staff is very rude and egoistic...no manners to talk ...they want money on theirtoes but for service its worst they don't prove water supply to the rooms ...you keep telling n get tired ...very unhygienic ants keep moving around food s... They ruin our whole trip ....worst experience for the first time ....with such a worst people and worst resort place

This resort is located 1.5 km from '1 to 5 zone entry gate' but 4 km from 'Shilpa - Gram' from where confirmed ticket for safari is to be taken, even if confirmed online booking is done prior. 1 km off main road. Road from main road towards resort is bad. Not good rooms. No TV in room. Theme is based on jungle but not worthy. Food is good. I shall not recommend this resort. Pls consider other resorts.
