We're a group of students & we recently stayed at the Tilsharit Greens, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat. There's Cafe Bushehri right outside the property which provides added convenience to the stay. I would highly recommend Tilsharit Greens to anyone seeking a delightful and memorable stay.

It was a quaint and cozy stay. It was spacious and luxurious enough for that price. Snuggled right between the slopes and valleys. If you're ever in Dalhousie and need a place to stay and eat really good food. This is a must visit stay. I'd recommend it every time

Our delightful 4-day stay at Tilsharit Greens was incredibly comfortable. The expansive property boasts spacious, clean rooms equipped with electric blankets. The prime location is complemented by delicious in-house meals served promptly, and the Bushehri café adds an extra layer of joy with its fantastic pastries. Access to the kitchen was especially convenient with our infant. The staff's helpful and polite demeanor, along with the warmth of hosts Parul and her husband, made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Safe Home away from home The experience with Tilsharit was superb we stayed in an Atic cottage, Parul (the owner) is very understanding, proactive and cooperative also very clear in her thoughts and process. She was always available whenever required. The staff at Tilasthirt was also very understanding and helpful. And yes the food was just awesome and tasty not a single time felt like we are eating food not at home. Customization was available whenever required. And yes the room and cottage was more beautiful even than in pictures. Nicely decorated and maintained rooms. Rarely found in hotels. You can definately visit Tilsharit whenever you visit Dalhousie. 💯 Recommend

Loved the place, the highlight of course was the hospitality of the owners of the home stay. Mrs Parul is a wonderful host and she made sure we had a great stay. Food at the homestay is another highlight. Made just at the time when we need it, great taste, hot and delicious. The cottage was well maintained, clean and superb decor. The barbeque was a great experience, quantity and quality was amazing. Had an opportunity to meet with her husband Mr Siddharth, also a wonderful person. All in all superb experience and highly recommended. Would love to stay there ,if I ever go back again. Thanks Parul and Siddharth and the staff there for a wonderful experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
