The rooms were well maintained and were totally worth the price. The complimentary breakfast was also good. Free wifi service was available. The service of the staffs was extremely great!! Everything asked was provided within a short span of time itself ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food at the restaurant was great and tasty.

The staff of this hotel is very rude and greedy. We had an early morning flight so we requested hotel manager to give us packed breakfast, because we 5 people already booked room with breakfast and would not be able to have it in the morning. He just gave us a packet a bread which we humbly accepted as there was no other option. But we had a family emergency in the morning because of which our departure got delayed and we requested them if 2 of us can have breakfast now. The manager and staff rudely said we have already given you bread so you can't have breakfast. So we told them we will pay for the 30 rs bread and then we can eat breakfast to which that guy had audacity to refuse us and said I will charge you conplete breakfast buffet charges! Such greedy people should not be allowed to run a hotel, even when he knew we had a situation in the morning he wanted to make money out of it. Don't stay at this hotel, its a complete waste of money!

Pros : 1. Good location 2. Staff is nice and friendly 3. Breakfast buffet spread is pretty good. Cons : 1. Mattress in the room seems old and doesn't give you any support. 2. There's no geyser to get hot water. There's only solar and getting hot water is dependent on weather. 3. There's no daylight or ventilation in the room (106)

We had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is new and had modern tasteful design even in small space. The place was neat and clean. Parking space was available. The food was also good. Location is good and places easily accessible from here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
