AC not working in midnight due to main power contact though the problem is aware of Hotel Management they did not attend the issue or Not briefing the Guest. Bathroom louvre designed in below head level and clear visible to opposite buildings, very poorly designed. Not recommended for peaceful stay.

Had been not so good experience by my parents who stayed here The hotel do not have restaurant and had been quite slow/left completely ignored in responding to the basic amenities likes mosquito repellent or kitchen orders for tea. Rooms are also not clean and troubled with mosquitoes, not worth 2.5k (last minute booking)

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at a lodge that I can only describe as a complete disappointment. The rooms were in the worst possible condition, with shabby furnishings, worn-out carpets, and outdated amenities. It was evident that proper maintenance was not a priority here. What added to the frustration was their unwillingness to accept digital payment for corporate bookings of more than 10 rooms. In this digital age, it's astonishing that a lodging establishment would not accommodate modern payment methods. This inconvenience made the booking process unnecessarily cumbersome and time-consuming. Overall, my stay at this lodge was far from pleasant, and I would strongly advise against booking here if you value comfort, convenience, and cleanliness during your travels.

They have a new makeover on old facilities. Wifi is there, they do not know the password. They have AC rooms, with mosquitos. There is a kettle to warm drinking water, but it's on a sharing basis for all rooms. Pillow cover is clean, the pillow has turned dark brown due to sweat and dirt. They will charge extra for extra guests in a room, but no extra water bottle. Only one bottle per room, irrespective of how many guests. If 3 guests are in a room, the 3rd guest will get a mattress, but will not get a blanket. They have mentioned you'll get wifi and breakfast, but wifi doesn't work and you'll have to pay for the breakfast, even for the tea and coffee. No value for money. They charge too much compared to what services they provide. The only good thing about it is the location, but there are many other hotels in this location.

Stayed with my friend during visit to Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple. Best budget friendly hotel for family stay. Rooms are affordable with good amenities. Had a nice stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
