        I have visited this property three times, and each time my experience has been increasingly worse. The first time everything was fine, but on my second visit, I was given a room with a filthy bathroom. I had to manage it myself, and despite my efforts, the staff was disrespectful. They even refused a booking from Oyo, claiming they wouldn't accept a reservation for less than 1500 rs. This time was the worst with a dirty room, a leaking washbasin, and a toilet in terrible condition. Trying to shower was difficult due to the leaking dirty water. Additionally, they are extremely rude; if you don't check out by 11 am, they resort to yelling and if it were up to them, they would forcibly eject us by 11 a.m.. Overall, it's been a terrible experience. we stayed at this property for four days, and after two days, we called to request cleaning for both the room and the bathroom. The person arrived two hours later and only cleaned the room. When we asked him to clean the bathroom as well, he agreed and said he would be back in 10 minutes, but he never returned. This reflects their customer treatment, solely focused on making money, and the condition of the rooms is deteriorating day by day. There seems to be no effort on their part to maintain the property.

        Fraudsters at the reception. OYO app and OYO customer care were showing booking at Rs.1494 (including GST) for this hotel. But when reached the reception person said that they will not accept any booking below Rs.1800 for the same room. Customer care said the rate is Rs.1494 only but the reception did not allow us. He was not even ready to talk to the customer care representative. Dont understand if Townhouse category is owned and managed by OYO itself, how was the reception not allowing at the official app price. Even OYO did not care to escalate or give us a solution. Do not book here...you will get arrogant answers.

        Horrible stay experience, fake all photo everywhere of this hotel. Staff are manner less they don’t know how to behave and do welcome. Those who clean toilets they only serve you breakfast, we feel yak and didn’t eat anything inside the hotel.

        I booked a room with them through ibibo, and made full payment at the same time, but I was charged extra during check in, and at that time when I asked, they said you should ask ibibo, we have the same method, very bad experience.

        I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience with OYO. I booked a hotel room through OYO, for a discounted price of ₹1,100. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the manager refused to check me in unless I paid the full price of ₹1,800. The manager's behaviour was rude and unprofessional, and he made me feel very unwelcome. In addition to the manager's behavior, the hotel itself was also in poor condition. The washroom facilities were dirty and unsanitary, and the room was poorly furnished. I was very disappointed with my experience, and I will never stay at an OYO hotel again. I am requesting that OYO investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the manager of the hotel.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
