      Extremely Disappointing Stay – Lack of Basic Amenities and Poor Customer Service I regret to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at OYO Townhouse Halcyon, Hi tech city. Several aspects of my experience were far below acceptable standards. Firstly, despite the availability of rooms and the hotel's policy stating early check-in is allowed after 10 am, I was denied this service. The response from the staff, stating that it was at their discretion, was not only frustrating but contradicted the hotel's own policies. The condition of the mattress in the room was subpar, compromising the quality of sleep during my stay. Additionally, considering the high cost of the room, the lack of spaciousness was disappointing. Basic amenities such as cutlery and toiletries were noticeably absent, further diminishing the overall guest experience. What was most disheartening was the blunt statement from the staff indicating that certain services were "up to them." This not only reflects a lack of professionalism but also a disregard for customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary improvements in both policy adherence and customer service to prevent others from encountering a similar experience.

      The room was small and unclean, the service is worst I have ever experienced. They charged early entry charges(50%) even after 10 am which should be complementary according to the rules of OYO. The receptionist behaviour towards us was very rude. Very horrible experience and I suggest please don't book this hotel untill they learn how to treat their guests. They didn't have basic facilities like toiletries and cutlery too. It the worst and horrible experience. Try to avoid this at all costs

      Room is not well maintained and when called for any room issue they attended it after 90 minutes. The TV doesn’t work properly even thought it is for namesake Smart TV.. for loading itself it takes 15mins and even the net connection is poor. The bedsheets were wet and when asked for change they don’t have new ones. Hot water heater didn’t work. Paid for two days but couldn’t stay more than 8 hours hence left.

        Booking Policy
        It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

        Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
        The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

        Modification and Reschedule Policy
