        I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at OYO Townhouse 180 in Tilak Nagar, and I must say that it was quite disappointing and unsatisfactory. I feel compelled to write this review to express my concerns and warn potential guests about the poor conditions I encountered during my stay. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a significant problem - cockroaches scurrying across the floor. It was a distressing sight, to say the least. The presence of these insects in the room was highly unhygienic and made me question the cleanliness and maintenance standards of the hotel. To make matters worse, my discomfort continued when I discovered the presence of bed bugs in the bed. It was an incredibly unpleasant and frustrating experience, as I was constantly bitten throughout the night. This not only affected the quality of my sleep but also raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property. The lack of attention to such basic hygiene factors left me extremely dissatisfied with my stay at OYO Townhouse 180. It is utterly disappointing that a hotel under a renowned brand like OYO would allow such issues to persist. One would expect significantly higher standards from them.

        There were several roaches in my room and the room was not cleaned which aggravated my dust allergies. The rooms look different from the pictures provided on the website. They charged me 50% extra for early check-in even though the customer representative on call stated that there is no additional charge for the early check-in - I feel duped!

        Very bad hotel. Rooms weren’t clean and when asked for room exchange they didn’t provide it even though there were other rooms which were empty the next day. The AC remote batteries were missing and were given 2 days after first asked. Walls were unclean too with chipped door frames. Nothing was done to compensate these complaints. Very poor service. Elevator had a bad smell and there were cockroaches in the room. Would not recommend this hotel.

        Worst experience at this hotel I strictly not recomend this hotel. Room is full of stinky smell and non hygienic Dirty pillows and bed Hair on bed n in cupboard Dirty washroom with bad smell and full of cockroaches Stuff are non responsive.

        Excellent Place to Stay With your Partner. I have really enjoyed their service, rooms are clean. Receptionist was very kind and handling the customer was very nice. I have love to stay this place.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
