It was worst experience at edassery sealine villa, spent so much money for a single night stay, room service was bad. There was a foul smell from the bathroom always. Swimming pool not at all maintained, which is a concern while kids play. Found a lizard in the kettle. Complimentary breakfast always not good at all. Overall it was an unpleasant stay. Won't recommend to anybody.

Overall a good place to hang out with family and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. We can enjoy the sea front side and the backwaters backside. We opted for breakfast and it was horible. They charged around 1000 for breakfast for 4 adults and we got a few idlis and breads. That's it. No option at all. It was a really bad experience. Another bad experience was the bed. It was difficult to combine 2 beds. If you go with a child, you have to adjust it.

Worst experience, i never stay like this place. They running this hotel for stolen money from customers. Once you stay with here they take pics of your family and ask money. Better to close down this property

A class bad service. Customer service was very bad . They have only interested collect money. After getting money they behave like we are criminals. I never stay these much worst hotels. Read all reviews and book . If any authority people’s there, just read your hotel review then you can understand. Go and beg , it’s better than cheating.

It was a worst experience , i spent 2 night in edassery sealine with my husbnt and child , it’s was waste of money and time . I booked room via oyo app , the hotel staffs gave us very bad service , they treat guests in a different way (essepecialy room book via other app)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
